Supreme Court is organising Special Lok ADALAT

SUPREME COURT OF INDIA

SAMADHAN SAMAROH, 2026 (Special Lok Adalat at Supreme Court of India)

To advance the vision of ‘participative justice’ and ‘doorstep delivery of justice’, the Supreme Court of India is organising ‘Supreme Court Action for Mediated Adjudication and Disputes Harmonization Across Nation’-SAMADHAN SAMAROH commencing from 21st April, 2026 and culminating into holding of a Special Lok Adalat on 21st, 22nd and 23rd August, 2026.

This Special Lok Adalat aims to facilitate amicable settlement of pending matters before the Supreme Court of India through consent-based resolution mechanisms.

Invitation to Participate

All advocates, litigants and stakeholders are requested to actively participate and contribute to the effective resolution of disputes under this initiative. Parties can appear both physically or virtually on the online platform to arrive at the settlements of their disputes.

Parties and their counsels may submit their request by filling out the prescribed Google Form at:
